IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, PLEASE BRING IT. We have a limited supply of loaner gear, so use is on a first come, first served basis. (Hat/Veil and Gloves are all that is required).
Registration Fees: Early Registration is $40. Walk-in registration is $45. (Walk-in seating is limited;
Parking: enter inside the main gate and park in the big lot to the left
Facilities: The course will be held in the Heritage Building, the first building on the left as you walk across the wooden bridge from the parking lot.
Registration: Registration starts at 8:00am the morning of the course and the program will start as 8. Please arrive on time so that we can get everyone checked in. The course will end no later than 4:00 that day.
Agenda: We will have morning lectures on beginner beekeeping, followed by a visit to the beehives on site if the weather permits. If you have a hat/veil and gloves, please bring them. We do have loaner equipment on site, but supplies are limited.
Lunch: PROVIDED WITH REGISTRATION. There are also restaurants in the area, as well as a restaurant next to the museum.
We will have door prizes, per usual at the end of the day.
